Reconciliation and First Eucharist:
     Children in the second grade prepare to receive Reconciliation and Eucharist. Children in this preparation are required to attend Religious Education classes for one year before they are admitted to receive these sacraments.
     The diocesan regulation concerning the celebration of the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) prior to First Communion.
     Parent meetings are required for parents of 2nd Graders in order to help them better prepare their children for the reception of all sacraments.
     Retreats are an integral part of the preparation for the reception of all sacraments.
